To book your package kindly follow the below steps:

• Passport photocopy (first and last page). Passport should be valid for minimum 06 months from date of return.

• 2. PAN card copy required for billing. The cost of out bound package tour is payable in convertible foreign

exchange (subject to RBI/GOI regulation) except cost of ticket.

• 3. Traveling passenger signed booking form & amp; passport condition form.

Balance full payment will be required at the time of delivery of documents in CASH/ DEMAND DRAFT / at least 02 week

before the delivery of documents if a payment is by CHEQUE.

Important note : Please prefer payment through cash deposit at our office/to our representative, cheque (delivery of

documents will be subject Clarence of cheques and cheque will be acceptable if the travel date is more than 1 week later. For

closer dates cheque will not be acceptable)


If circumstances force you to cancel the tour the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.


Any package where Malindo, Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines or Air Asia is involved the ticket amount is totally

nonrefundable and for all Airlines postponement is only allowed after paying the Applicable penalty and fare difference (if

Airline allows). Group Tickets are generally non amendable / Non changeable and Non refundable

• If cancellation is made any time not less than 31 days prior to departure, 35,000/- per person shall be deducted.

• If cancellation is made any time not less than 15 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.

• If cancellation is made 07 to 01 days prior to departure, 90% of tour cost shall be deducted.

• In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.

• Once booking is confirmed during Super Peak period ( Diwali, Christmas

and New Year Period between 20th December and 03 rd January) Cancellation fee of 75% of Tour Cost will be

charged for all booking cancelled within 45 days of travel.

• Indigo Airlines ticket is non refundable, date change and amendment is also not allowed, Direct flight will depart

from international airport.

• Cancellation charges for Air Asia Ticket booking shall apply as per Air Asia Cancellation Rules. It will be extra than

the above cancellation charges.

• We cannot be held responsible for any “Refusal of Visa /Refusal of On arrival of Visa / Delay in issuance of Visa”

and applicable cancellation charges shall apply accordingly.

CANCELLATION policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking

This is to inform you, prior to confirm your bookings which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy

mentioned immediately here above will not be applicable for your booking.

Your booking is having travel tour components which need guarantee booking, which means no cancellation will be allowed

once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the

• Upgrade options are available for your hotels at a minimum charge from budget to Regular, Regular to Deluxe, and

deluxe to luxury. In case of specific choices of hotel one can customize a package according to the Requirement.

• Kindly check hotel rating as per hotel website.


• Hotels may charge a security deposit (which is mandatory to pay if asked) during check in for laundry telephone,

minibar and any other incidental charges.

• Kindly avoid being Over drunk by intake of hard drinks during the flights to avoid any Inconvenience during Visa.

On Arrival, Immigration and Custom Process.

• Any person in tour group showing rude behavior or passing defamatory remarks will make him liable to be

expelled from the tour group at his costs & legal action will be taken in the interest of other group members,

staff of DMC & to safe guard reputation of service providers.

• Do not eat, drink or smoke while on the bus; Do not use foul language or disturb others on the bus.

• Consumption of alcoholic beverages in open is not allowed during the tour except in the permitted area & any

person in tour group joins the group in drunken state which will affect the tour will be expelled from the tour

group at his costs & legal action will be taken in the interest of other group members, staff of DMC & amp; to

safe guard reputation of service providers.

• Baggage and belongings at travelers own risk. Be aware of pickpocketer.

• Fog / Bad Weather Alert Notice

The Traveller Co. will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortage of tour days shown in tour

itinerary or any cancellation, route change or postponement or delay of any tour of any airlines due to any reason including

fog or bad weather and the tickets are issued to the above condition also.


· As of now we are not holding any service, it will be subject to availability.

· Choice of hotel is not available in group tour, mentioned or similar hotel will be provided kindly check hotel rating and

other details on respective website.

· SIC means Seat-in- Coach basis. Coach will cover 4 to 5 hotels.

· In our Package only one hand baggage along with one baggage of maximum 17 kgs is allowed. Carriage of extra

baggage or LCD TV will be at client’s own arrangements or will beat additional cost that would be advised by the local

tour operator and Airline concerned.

· Above mentioned package is a promotional package which is available only for limited seats which cannot be hold and

subject to availability of seats on mentioned departure dates.

· Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during

package tour – service agreement along with the booking form,which are incorporated herein by reference.

· The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss or

consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the tourist alone would be

Note of Caution before Booking of Package/Travel Tour Component

Travel tour packages/travel tour components that you are intent to book from us are of such nature where one has to

undertake considerable amount of walking and physical activity to enjoy them. All tours involve long hours of travelling and

some tour components may include theme park activities such as speed boat rides, balloon rides and other adventure sports

which are suitable only for medically/physically fit persons. We therefore, forewarn heart patients, pregnant women, senior

citizens, persons those requiring special care, patients of respiratory disorder, persons suffering from arthritis, blood pressure

and diabetes, not to undertake tour. There will be no medical help that can be provided during such tours.

It is therefore advised not to venture if any person requires special medical attention during the tour. There is no luggage

assistance and it is expected every tourist to manage his own luggage. Some of the tourist products are without

elevators/escalators and one may has to use stairs.

Inspite of the above mentioned warning tourist who undertakes tour at his own volition and risk,

Holidays will not be responsible for any medical complication that may arise during the tour. Not only this, one has to be

medically fit and energetic to undertake tour packages. You must therefore satisfy yourself by undergoing medical checkup and

obtain medical fitness certificate from your registered medical practitioner.
