To book your package kindly follow the below steps:

• Passport photocopy (first and last page). Passport shouldbe valid for minimum 06 months from date of return.

• 2. PAN card copy required for billing. The cost of outboundpackage tour is payable in convertible foreign

exchange (subject to RBI/GOI regulation) except cost of ticket.

• 3. Traveling passenger signed booking form &passport condition form.

• 4. Rs.50,000/- per person as booking amount (CASH / DEMANDDRAFT / CHEQUE)

CANCELLATION POLICY

If circumstances force you to cancel the tour the cancellationmust be intimated to us in writing.

PLEASE NOTE

Any package where Malindo, Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlinesor Air Asia is involved the ticket amount is totally

nonrefundable and for all Airlines postponement is only allowedafter paying the Applicable penalty and fare difference (if

Airline allows). Group Tickets are generally non amendable / Nonchangeable and Non refundable

and New Year Period between 20 th December and 03 rd January)Cancellation fee of 75% of Tour Cost will be

charged for all booking cancelled within 45 days of travel.

• Indigo Airlines ticket is nonrefundable, date change andamendment is also not allowed, Direct flight will depart

from international airport.

• Cancellation charges for Air Asia Ticket booking shallapply as per Air Asia Cancellation Rules. It will be extra than

the above cancellation charges.

• We cannot be held responsible for any “Refusal of Visa /Refusal of On arrival of Visa / Delay in issuance of Visa”

and applicable cancellation charges shall apply accordingly.

CANCELLATION policy applicable for booking done as GuaranteeBooking

This is to inform you, prior to confirm your bookings which needguarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy

mentioned immediately here above will not be applicable for yourbooking.

Your booking is having travel tour components which need guaranteebooking, which means no cancellation will be allowed

once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellationpolicy mentioned above will be superseded by the

• We will be sending your booking status within 3 workingdays, in case of non-availability we will be refunding you

full payment, but once your booking is confirmed cancellationpolicy will be applicable.

• Normally Tickets and hotel voucher will be delivered 2 to 3days prior to your departure date, but it could be on

the day of departure also if operationally required.

• Upgrade options are available for your hotels at a minimumcharge from budget to Regular, Regular to Deluxe, and

deluxe to luxury. In case of specific choices of hotel one cancustomize a package according to the Requirement.

• Kindly check hotel rating as per hotel website.

TRANSFERS.

• Hotels may charge a security deposit (which is mandatory topay if asked) during check in for laundry telephone,

minibar and any other incidental charges.

• Kindly avoid being Over drunk by intake of hard drinksduring the flights to avoid any Inconvenience during Visa.

On Arrival, Immigration and Custom Process.

• Any person in tour group showing rude behavior or passingdefamatory remarks will make him liable to be

expelled from the tour group at his costs & legal actionwill be taken in the interest of other group members,

staff of DMC & to safe guard reputation of serviceproviders;

• Do not eat, drink or smoke while on the bus; Do not usefoul language or disturb others on the bus

• Consumption of alcoholic beverages in open is not allowedduring the tour except in the permitted area & any

person in tour group joins the group in drunken state which willaffect the tour will be expelled from the tour

group at his costs & legal action will be taken in theinterest of other group members, staff of DMC & to

safe guard reputation of service providers;

• Baggage and belongings at travelers own risk. Be aware ofpickpocket.

• Fog / Bad Weather Alert Notice

The Traveller Co. will not be liable to any passenger for refund,compensation or claim for shortage of tour days shown in tour

itinerary or any cancellation, route change or postponement ordelay of any tour of any airlines due to any reason including

fog or bad weather and the tickets are issued to the abovecondition also.

Annexure A : TERMS AND CONDITIONS: -

· Asof now we are not holding any service, it will be subject to availability.

· Choiceof hotel is not available in group tour, mentioned or similar hotel will beprovided kindly check hotel rating and

other details on respective website.

· SICmeans Seat-in- Coach basis. Coach will cover 4 to 5 hotels.

· Inour Package only one hand baggage along with one baggage of maximum 17 Kgs isallowed. Carriage of extra

baggage or LCD TV will be at client’s own arrangements or will beat additional cost that would be advised by the local

tour operator and Airline concerned.

· Abovementioned package is a promotional package which is available only for limitedseats which cannot be hold and

subject to availability of seats on mentioned departure dates.

· Abovetour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rateslevy by the hotel especially during

peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs andconvention.

· Equivalent* means the hotels with per night room tariff differential in the range often-fifteen dollars

· PackageCost includes (Ground handling charges) Dollar segment, which will be taken outof your BTQ (Basic Travel

Room type (Double or twin is subject to availability and solediscretion of the hotel)

· Abovepackage is subject to change without prior notice.

Baggage Allowance -Generally one suitcase not exceeding 15 Kgs ofWeight and 62 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H) is

allowed as check in Baggage. One bag of not more than 07 Kgs and42 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H) is allowed as

Handbag/ Cabin Bag in Economy Class. Please reconfirm with yourairline before traveling as its subject to vary with different

airline.

· AllTour packages offered by The Traveller Co are governed by the terms andconditions and undertakings in the

package tour – service agreement along with the booking form,which are incorporated herein by reference.

· Thetime schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to.For any inconvenience, loss or

consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the localtour operators timings, the tourist alone would be

responsible.

· Pleasealso note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; youmight have to adjust timings for

the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentionednow are only proposed at the moment. The hotel

named in the service voucher shall be final.

· Thisintimation supersede all previous offers by The Traveller Co communication oroffer made earlier by any of our

representatives.

Special NOTE: Read, understood andaccepted the contents herein prior to booking of travel tour components. Kindly

acknowledge the receipt of this communication as a token of havingaccepted the Cancellation policy applicable for booking

done as Guarantee Booking and this communication supersedes anyprevious communication on this subject. We trust you

Note of Caution before Booking of Package/Travel Tour Component

Travel tour packages/travel tour components that you are intent tobook from us are of such nature where one has to

undertake considerable amount of walking and physical activity toenjoy them. All tours involve long hours of travelling and

some tour components may include theme park activities such asspeed boat rides, balloon rides and other adventure sports

which are suitable only for medically/physically fit persons. Wetherefore, forewarn heart patients, pregnant women, senior

citizens, persons those requiring special care, patients ofrespiratory disorder, persons suffering from arthritis, blood pressure

and diabetes, not to undertake tour. There will be no medical helpthat can be provided during such tours.

It is therefore advised not to venture if any person requiresspecial medical attention during the tour. There is no luggage

assistance and it is expected every tourist to manage his ownluggage. Some of the tourist products are without

elevators/escalators and one may has to use stairs.

Inspite of the above mentioned warning tourist who undertakes tourat his own volition and risk,

Holidays will not be responsible for any medical complication thatmay arise during the tour. Not only this, one has to be

medically fit and energetic to undertake tour packages. You musttherefore satify yourself by undergoing medical checkup and

obtain medical fitness certificate from your registered medicalpractitioner.
